This course is a self-directed version of the onsite 1 year Basic Course.  It was designed for those students who cannot meet in Austin every other month or who have current lifestyles that preclude them from participating in a rigidly scheduled curriculum. 

Course work will be assigned from several texts along with exercises and homework pertaining to those assingments.  The student may complete those assignments within his/her own time schedule. 

At the end of each of the six units, an exam will be given and must be passed before the students may move on to the next unit. 

When the students has successfully completed ALL the requirements for the course, he/she will be awarded an Associate Diploma in Homeopathy and will be entitled to use the AsscHom credential.

NOTE:  It must be stressed that this course will neither qualify nor entitle a graduate to practice homeopathy professionally.  However, this course does qualify as the prerequisite for the Professional Course should a student wish to continue his/her education.

ALL course work including homework, assignments, and exams MUST BE COMPLETED within a two year time period or the student will NOT receive the Associate Diploma in Homeopathy and will NOT be entitled to use the AsscHom credential.  However, a Certificate for Hours Completed with be issued to the student. 

Should a student not successfully complete all the course work within a two year period of time, he/she may apply for a one year extention for an additional fee.  If the extention is granted and the course work successfully completed in that time, The Associate Diploma will be granted.
